Green Mountain Engineering (GME) is looking for a skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our growing team! Help us deliver precise, high-tech surveying solutions across North Carolina using advanced UAS, LiDAR, and ground-based tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 1–2 person crews on field survey projects
  • Perform topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and aerial control surveys
  • Support construction staking for civil engineering projects
  • Use total stations, data collectors, robotic instruments & more
  • Ensure accuracy, safety, and clear field documentation

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of field survey experience (3+ as Crew Chief)
  • Strong skills with robotic instruments & data collection techniques
  • Carlson equipment proficiency is a plus
  • Experience or interest in drone-based LiDAR
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
