Board Meetings
The Winter Board Meeting will be held on February 21, 2026, at 8:00am

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you must send a proxy in your place. Please complete a Proxy Form and email or fax the completed form to the Executive Director. (Fax 919.556.9888) If you need to attend the meeting virtually, please complete the Virtual Attendee portion of the Proxy Form and email or fax the completed form to the Executive Director at least one week before the meeting. (Virtual attendance is only available for Spring and Fall meetings.)
NCSS Members at Board Meetings
NCSS members are always welcome to attend board meetings as observers and the General Membership meetings held in August and February. If you would like to attend the spring or fall board meeting virtually, please contact the Executive Director in advance to receive the meeting link.
