I have been self-employed land surveyor for 18 yrs, retiring altogether from land surveying. Currently do not have nor will I ever again have an active license in N.C. I have enjoyed my career in surveying up until the point the NCBEELS decided to act as advocate in client civil matters as pertains to billing and contractual agreements - absolutely nothing to do with professional competency or ethics. I am pursuing a new career/business venture and will be relocating out of state.
