Surveyors for Sherie Relay for Life

Although many of us have seen the effects of cancer on family, friends and even personally, members of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS) were especially impacted this past year. One of our leaders, Sherie Williard, was diagnosed, treated and continues to fight cancer on a daily basis. Sherie’s passion, resolve and determination in the most difficult of times are amazing to behold. As she continues her fight, we at the NCSS fully support her and the American Cancer Society and look forward to Sherie leading our profession in the many years to come.

At the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, our team, Surveyors for Sherie, will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society save more lives from cancer. By joining or donating to our team, you will be a part of a life-changing event that gives everyone in the community a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, fight back against a disease that takes too much and honor Sherie and her struggle in the process.
